Have you ever felt that you are in a job simply for the paycheck? Or that you love what you do but not the company you work for? Well, what if you followed your passion and found yourself in business with your father. For Jacklyn, it was an assessment of who she was and who she wanted to become (and knowing that accepting anything other than pursuing her passion was not OK) that led her to partner with her dad.

I am very excited to have this duo on the podcast today to talk about their journey of getting to the place of working together, what that dynamic looks and feels like while working so closely, and living out both of their passions.
